Well ask her what her favorite type of food if she says like for example that she loves chinese food than tell her you know this really good resturant and you would like to take her there on friday or something. Good Luck

Always start with a daytime event-lunch or better coffee at starbucks so you can talk.
Just ask her,.
Hey would you like to go get some coffee some time?

just go up to her when she is alone and ask her what she doing on whatever day and ask if she wants to get together. then just go from there... it works better on me when guys say that instead of will you go out with me.

go up to her and say, " i think your really cute. would you like to go out sometime?" girls love it when you say they are cute or beautiful. dont tell her she is hot though, it's kind of tacky.
