Because if the pizza box's are round,you will find hard to draw out a pizza from the box.

It is easier to make dough for pizza round.
As for the box, squares provide an entire side for the lid to attach to the bottom of the box. A circular box would have its lid attached at a single point or it would be a totally separate lid like an old hat box.

My guess is that pizzas have traditionally been round(ish) as this is the easiest shape to form from kneading a ball of dough. Pizza boxes on the other hand, have been made square for ease of construction.

Square boxes are way cheaper to produce, and they stack much easier. Simply more practicle
Round pizza is less surface area, hence more profit since less food product is used. Also it is a traditional way of making it, especially since real dough is thrown into the air and spun around.

It's a cost thing. It's more economical to produce squarish boxes as round boxes need to be die-cut into a round shape.
