I am kinda shy a bit and am finding hard to ask a girl at work out, can someone give me genuine advice. I have talked to here causal but anything past the hello's, how are you, hows work, can you help with this or that and thats really about it. Thank you all

Let me give you some good advice - it's not a good idea to date someone with whom you work.
It gets complicated, everyone knows your business, and if it doesn't work out you have to see the person every day.

u not what here is some tips is not that good if u date someone at ur work because people who work there don't like that and they give u the dirty look on of my best friends she was date a guys that her work then people who work then alway gave her the dirty and said some bad behind her back !

What if you brought her a cup of coffee one morning? Or a flower for her desk? That would show her you're interested, and judging by her reaction, you could ask if she'd like to get a coffee or lunch together one day.
