The US 2nd Infantry Division is already there, along with lesser size brigade units. So, you're too late to ask if GB will be sending troops there. The tactical nukes in the bullpen in SLMBs and nearby air bases will be enough to counter any pre-emptive strike by NorKor.
Will we make a pre-emptive strike, i doubt it, but you never know.

No, he should pull our troops out of Korea and let the North over run the South. They don't want to check the ships for illegal arms, so why protect them?

No, he is all out of troops. the ones he has keep getting killed. so he has less every day. he cannot take down the dictator but maybe he can tame him with money or get the people to revolt with propaganda and support.( like in Nicaragua)
