Whenever I would say certain things to my ex-boyfriend, preferably something concerning our relationship, he would always say he didnt want to talk about feelings, or if it was questioning an action of his or something like cheating or using me, he would get defensive. Is this an indication that I figured out the truth and he didnt want me to?

He is now my ex boyfriend, but he would get defensive when we were still together, in our conversations.

In regards to your first question, men talking about feelings is a very unnatural thing. It's debatable whether it's nature or the environment we create that causes this. I can personally tell you, as a man, I find it hard to put into words how I feel about anything in regards to relationships with even close guy friends, much less girlfriends. It doesn't mean men don't have feelings, it just means men have trouble communicating them.

In regards to the second question, it's a very slippery slope. If you know him very well, think of how he acts when something is really untrue and he also got defensive at the time. Now think of how he acted during one of the times you asked him about his fidelity or purpose of the relationship. If his reaction is similar, he was probably telling the truth and got angry/defensive you would even bring that up. If the latter was more aggressive, I'd say he was probably lying and trying to cover it up. This would take careful observation, so don't try to jump to conclusions till you're really sure.

Yes men hate being caught in their own game... But not as bad as women do... Now it could be that he's cheating... Or could be he's pissed off because he feels like he's giving you a reason to believe that he's cheating...

It may just be that he is still hurt over losing you and he is trying to avoid dealing with it. Not all men have a game, believe it or not.
