I am gaining weight so rapidly I don't know what to do. Unfortunately, all I can do is try to watch my eating habits.But its not working. My day consists of working and going to school, then I come home, do homework, laundry, and go to bed. I don't know what to do to stop myself from gaining and start losing. Any quick excersise tips?

try having fruit, cereal or yogurt as breakfast.

some salad and chicken as lunch. (example)

a banana and milk as dinner.(this really works to loose weight)

I suggest you walk to and fro to where ever you have to be through out the day. And yeah watch what you eat everyday. Well you can also go to the gym during the weekends or whatever free time you can manage to harbor. Just have fun with it.

sounds like youre so busy that youre likely stressing yourself out! this could be messing up your metabolism. or maybe youre so busy that you dont have time to make good meals, so your just grabbing something quick and unhealthy and fattening. i think you should talk to your doctor or a nutritionalist. whatever you do, dont start starving your body just to lose weight, you must be properly nourished to carry on with a busy lifestyle.

You can try doing sit ups every morning before you go to school and eat light-weight stuff.

visit your doc, rapid weight gain comes from under active thyroid ..
