For no apparent reason. I've eaten the same ammount of food, yet It's 12:30 at night and I have eaten one bowl of pasta and I'm still really hungry. What could I make that could fill me up wtihout waking anyone up and with limited food. Maybe I'm getting sick?

None of this takes more than 5 minutes and no more than a small skillet or griddle and some margarine to cook it.

Grill some BUTTERED toast! Or add cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup(microwave the soup) or an egg sandwich or scramble a couple eggs and put cheese on top.
Maybe a couple of over easy eggs and toast.
IT WILL BE A VERY QUIET SNACK

Give yourself 20 minutes to let your food go down. If you're still hungry after that, rice and butter will be very filling (it keeps expanding once it reaches your stomach) and won't be loud enough to wake anyone up.

This is really random but oatmeal does it for me when I'm starved and have nothing else to eat. That weight control stuff is great.. I mean it's pretty healthy, filling, and you won't have gained 5 pounds the next morning =)

Popcorn...it's what I eat at night when I get hungry, and if you leave off the butter, it doesn't have many calories.

Do you have a consistent pattern of hungriness? Every night? Only when you exercise? ....did you check for parasites?

Or is it sporadic?
