The minimum age is when she gets her period, but because of how much longer people are living, her father is supposed to giver her the highest education possible and her family is supposed to teach her life as an adult as she grows, not marry her off as soon as possible. My husband is from Pakistan, and most women don't get married there until they are in their 20's. I know of only two that got married younger, and it was their choice.

When the girl reached puberty or at some country Muslim girl are discourage to get married/be married below 18 or below 21. This is just merely to prevent other circumstances due to too young age. Mature may be at the age of 21 and above. Again, it just depend on certain people (growth rate - mentally/emotionally and physically). How can you tell? It's just something at the right time and condition, that you'll know (may be naturally - instinct or sorts).

religiously speaking, as soon as she gets her menstrual period she's old enough to get married.
most Muslim countries make the age of 16 years old the minimum age for a person to get married WITH the parents agreement. 21 years old is the age when you become responsible for your own actions in the eyes of the Law

as young as 7, but its better after she get period. however it still depends on country's law of minimum age of marriage. mostly ruled out as minimum as 18. muslims are encouraged to follow country's law and order so it depends. :D

"have"??! no one can make her have to marry , islam gave her the right to say "yes" or "no", like any girl , she can be married as long as she reaches her puberty , but it is better to finish her education , not marry untill she become more reasonable , and capable of holding the responsility of making a family , it differs from family to another , the finacial of the family , many factors , and from sociaty to another , but the main thing, she can't marry until she reaches her maturity,and with her agreement., that is from the islamic prespective , but some countries put limited age for the marriage of the girls , (not to marry b4 it) as for more protection to them,and protection of the sociaty, from unresponsible mothers or so and also it differs from a country to another , but this is legally.(country laws).

she can get married when she start to have periods but she need to find a husband first !!!!

Depends where you live. I have heard 6, I have heard 5 but with no sex until 12, I have heard after they get their periods..... I dont know the correct answer but have heard allot.
