walmart.com has the cheapest pics about 17 cents a picture. you prepay with a credit/debit card, so be aware of that. You can usually pick up within a couple of hours too.

shipping is only .99 for your entire photo order!!! (not including items like mugs and aprons they offer as well).
Ive had EXCELLENT FAST service from them and HIGHLY recommend them. They also have a neat sharing feature where your friends and family can go to their site from their own comptuers and purchase YOUR photos (if you send them an email invite via their site).
