then u should go for daily walks and eat healthy balanced diet with no sweets.
this should help u alot and one more thing drink hot water after ur meals,it'll digest ur food fast.

Tony Ferguson, chemist at Penrith has a diet supplement which if you followed strictly, would certainly help acheive this. It is a powder which you mix in water and substitute for a meal.Tastes great and is not too expensive. If you have it for three meals a day for 2 weeks, you would probably lose that much.
