You might want to wait to see if you definitely do. You wouldn't want to go and tell her something like that if you weren't sure. Keep talking to her, maybe hang out if it's possible and gauge your feelings then.
If you come to the point where you are sure you still have strong feelings for her find a time where you both with be undistracted and a place where you can have a private conversation. Let her know how you feel, tell her why you feel this way about her and the things that you appreciate about her.
All you can do is be completely upfront and honest with her and hope for the best.

First of all you need to make sure this is how you really do feel. Then just tell her your feelings, honesty is the best policy. Regardless of the outcome, if you dont tell her you may always regret it and wish you did.
