I agree with the first person..tell him that it is you or his bad habit and if he picks the bad habit then you should thank god cause you didnt need a guy like that anyways..if he would pick drugs over you it means that he does not even love or care about you and you are better off!
If a guy loves you then he will stop doing something that is not good for him in the first place..you cant completely change a person but you can help them to realize what they are doing is no good and they will make the change themself!

You know what, you need to figure out his first choice, is it you or pot, if it's you then when you tell him he'll stop but if it's pot, sorry, you gonna have to move on and the sooner the better. the funny thing may be that he's doing it to impress you.

If you want to stay with a person, DO NOT ever try to change them. This won't work! EIther accept him as he is (with all of the associated problems), or look for someon who fits your ticket! If you try to change someone, you will not be happy.

Just leave him alone about it... there is nothing you can do about what he does and the way to help him is do nothing and lead by example, remembering that you have no control over him will help you to deal with YOUR ISSUE which is not his... If it's to much for you to handle leave him and it's that simple, no one has control over anyone and people have to want to change themselves in order for it to happen.... Leave it alone or leave him...

You can't get him to stop. I have a relative who is the same way, and I've tried everything to help her: support groups, providing her with research about the adverse effects, etc... He will never stop until he is ready. And if it's something you don't want to deal with, go your own way. Otherwise, you'll just have to deal with it.

Tell him the weed is killing his brain and will make him impotent.
You may have to explain to him what impotent is.. because most potheads can't comprehend a word that big.

Tell him that you don't like it, but acknowledge that smoking pot if his personal choice. If his smoking pot is something that you can't tolerate and that he won't give up, it's best you move on.

Tell him if he allows you to change this big thing about him, he is allowed to change one big thing about you.
