What is taught. Some of the followers almost prevented me from following, because I was afraid.

I was willing to listen because of the followers. But I never would have converted if I had not had an encounter with God Himself.

I am a part of the "denomination" I am in because they voted me in... after I received my Salvation from God and God led me to the little church I attend. I did not come to God through any teaching of man or from what is written in any book... I came to God because God was there when I needed Him and when He called I responded... in The Way He proscribes... and because of my responce in The Way he proscribes, I received God's free gift of Salvation, which is my assurance of my place in Heaven
