Ive Had This High Pitched Ringing Sound In My Ears, Ever Since I Became A Christian.

That high pitched tone is probably tinnitis. It is a condition caused by prolonged or repeated exposure to loud sound.
It can worsen if the source(s) of the problem is not eliminated.
Take off the headphones or at least turn them down.
The sound of silence is the sound your soul makes when speaking to your heart. It is only during this time that a person can truly figure out who and why they are.

Sound of wilderness is the whoosh of the wind, the chirping & shrieking of the birds with an occasional roar of some wild animal followed by the shrieking of my voice followed by the thumping sounds of my feet running. I love the wilderness but my Mama did not raise no fool.
The sound of silence is a feeling of peacefulness & stillness that you feel in your chest & it moves into your whole being. You feel safe & one with the world.
I love both sounds plus sometimes a good Rolling Stones song.

Check your blood pressure,take some magnesium and B vitamins,you need to relax.
There is no silence,if you hear anything at all,it's the blood rushing through your ears.
