Move on. He already told you his answer. You should respect his response because if you are too pushy, he might start to dislike or be turned off by you. Give him his space. If it was meant to be, he will come around. If not, there are plenty of fish in the sea for you to choose from.

Yeah looks are triky things these days..there are different looks from guy..
1) Hmm...are you looking at me girl?
2)Hmm.. i think she might be intrested in me!
3)Why the hell is she looking at me?
If the looks continue ...than come to a conclusion but never from the first look ..
