jesus didn't shared wine with me.

had he done, i would have answered your question.

anyway, what do you intend to do, if you learnt it had an alcohol content. Ask jesus to help you make a brand of that and start your business.

Since wine has an alcoholic content then the answer is yes, Jesus must have fermented the water at an accelerated rate by using some type of yet unknown compound.

Historically wine was prepared from grapes without addition of alcohol and processed by storing towards fermentation hence I dont think there was any alcohol contents in conversion of water into wine by Jesus Christ.

I think that a deed by personality like Jesus usually can not be understood completely and accurately by simple minds, but the language of expressing those deeds are of routine mind.

If somebody gives you something with real love and without any expectations it tastes you a lot. When a truly divine figure of pure love, compassion and care gives you even plain water it gives you the ultimate joy. But ones mind knows nothing about divines,it knows only about wine which has given him maximum happiness so far, so they say that it is as good as wine..
There is nothing to do with Alcohol or anything like.....

It's not the wine you are thinking of this wine is suppose to represent blood. Blood to scare the Pharaoh to let Mose's and god's people go (be free).

in those days water itself was so sweet that people used to get mesmorised.
they never used to get intoxicated.
unfortunately the water is now adultrated into so many types which give intoxication.
earlier no intoxication was necessary.
even without anything people used to enjoy life more than the drink.
