cardio! the man-boobs are just fatty deposits, you cant spot-reduce, you have to generally reduce. ive heard of cases where the man just had large glands and had to get them surgically altered, though. good luck!

Just keep on doing cardio and lifting weights. The best fat burning exercise IMO is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It consists of sprinting for 30 seconds and walking for 1 minute and continuing the routine for about 20 minutes. You burn more fat that way than you would running at a moderate pace for 30 minutes. Don't get discouraged if you don't see them go away when you start leaning out. The man boobs are the hardest part to lose the fat at. Although it is different in everyone, that is the case with a lot of people I've seen.

The first answerer nailed it. You have to lose weight overall, and then any work you do on any specific part of your body will show. You also have to keep it up for more than two weeks. Keep going!

Keep up the good and exercise- burning calories should help and equal wt loss- also stay away from soy- it has an estrogen effect- soy drinks and somet protein powders-- D
