sounds like contact dermatitis...an allergic reaction to soap or something else you've come in contact with.
I'm allergic to betadine and latex gloves...I get the same small blisters when I wear gloves or use betadine soap.

Maybe they're tiny water blisters. If you have been like, doing some hard work and maybe even washing your hands too much may be the problem.

If they itch and are recurrent, they are likely pomphylox / dyshidrotic eczema. Could be poison ivy. Try some OTC hydrocortisone cream, gentle soap, and good moisturizers. If it doesn't improve see a dermatologist

Sounds like an allergic reaction, or hives from nerves! You should get a Dr.s opinion.

Well, it depends. If you have been around poison ivy, poison oak, etc. they could cause you to break out.....or it could be as simple as having a reaction to the soap you are washing your hands with. I would see a dermatologist.

Blisters. They don't spread.
You get them from friction.
