Off the top of my head, it sounds as if you are over-stimulating your brain....are you drinking too much tea, coffee or caffeine-drinks like Coca Cola? If so, you must cut down drastically. Are you getting enough sleep? Maybe you need more than you think?
I too suffer from too much memory and it is both a blessing and a curse.
I have cut coffee down to one cup on waking and nothing more, and don't ming decaffeinated coffee which can taste as good.
Take warm long baths and relax in the water. Allow your mind to go blank in moments of relaxation, such as walking in a park and just looking around you, without thinking.
Are you on any medication? It might be having this over-stimulating effect on you.
If all this doesn't work, do see your doctor and ask for a VERY MILD tranquilliser and try it for a few days.

nothing wrong, you just have a high memry tolerance. this might even be a high level of photographic memory or maybe autism.

to help set some time aside each day to do that which you enjoy, without interuption. me, for example, i listen to my favorite music while i drive, sometimes in class, and as i lie in bed waiting for sleep to get tom me. it clears my head of the days events taht are too stresful and help me to relax a whole lot easier.
try somerhting that you like, chances are that it could do the same thing for you.

do you watch Heroes? it is a new tv show series on. live acting. it is on the WUSA channel or CBS or whatever. the time, at 9/8 ET/CT/ there is one character with somewhat of the same capability.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!
Are you like Kyle XY?????!!!!!!! [ABC tv series]
That is like so cool!!!!!
OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!
anyways.....ok.....i need to calm down......
Now to answer your question, you should try doing what you enjoy. In the tv series on ABC, kyle [main character in KYLE XY], had the same condition. It was called "hyperbrain activity" it's because you have all these thoughts running through your head.
In the series, it made him really smart, but he couldn't sleep or anything, and he remembered everything! Is that your problem too?
He slept in a bathtub from then on. I know it sounds weird, but it helped him. It was because that was what he was used to, and he liked it, but he didn't get it when he was with the family he was with. Just do what you want to do [listen to music, think, reflect] for a few minutes before going to sleep every night and you should be fine.
And about those memories...everything--every experience you have is in your subconsicous half of your brain, and what you remember of those experiences is the concious part.

This happens to me too, but only with certain things. Like numbers, and songs, and series of ordered/unordered lists, etc.
I too also remember things from about the time I was 1.5 or so. So you are not alone.
But isn't it funny how the trivial facts are more likely to be remembered?!?!

You should watch the show "Monk". It's about this dectective that never forgets anything, scared of everything, and hates germs. You would really enjoy it. Anyway you should find a way to use your gifts, not get rid of them.

that's possible as no form of birth control is one hundred% yet extremely no longer likely! i might greater be thinking why your mom advised you this till now she even took a attempt? feels like she is attempting to agonize you. you may get a attempt executed for loose at family members making plans health center or scientific docs. you besides mght get tests for as much less costly as 99p at the instant so i dont understand why human beings do the full "oh i think of i might desire to be pregnant" element- why no longer take a attempt extremely of inflicting drama!!! as in case you dont have sufficient to think of approximately with your man or woman toddler due!!!

It sounds like you may have a photographic memory.

Great gifts can also be great burdens.

Learning relaxation techniques like meditation (focusing your brain on one thought/object, clearing it of all other internal chatter), and things like yoga (which also teaches focus) can help, especially of you actually DO them!! ;)

Be well.

stop worrying about it, i am like this, your brain can never be overloaded. if you are sleeping, you are ok, I have a photographic memory and a high iq, I don't consider myself to be one of the lucky ones, but it has never killed me either.
