Uncles have no business "touching" neices if it is not in a nice way. A hand on your head or shoulder is one thing but not anywhere private. If you are being harmed you report him emediately okay? He is not nice if he is doing this.

Uncles or any other relatives do NOT "touch" nieces and if they do the niece needs to tell someone--if not family then an adult they trust!!!!

Honey, if you are talking about what I think your talking about, then the uncle in question is a very sick and demented man. He needs help and he needs it right away. The Niece in question needs to tell someone about the abuse because that is wat it is. Tell the parents and the cops so they can put this MONSTER away.

1 in 4 girls will be sexually abused in their lifetime. for a lot of them it happens when they are kids. some men have issues that make them act this way, maybe they were also abused, maybe they have insecurity or power issues, maybe they are just sick pedophiles. no reason for this is ever a good reason, and it's sad that it happens. make sure you tell someone you trust (if it's you).
