muscle pain and weakness are two of the symptoms of statins that make it a good idea to call your doctor. This is a medicine that can cause muscle damage in some people.

Like for cholesterol?
I have never had any pain around my temples. I would call a doctor.

Also, are you getting dizzy also? If so, I would definitely call the Dr.

Also, maybe try www.webmd.com and see if it can help you with your symptom.
