Can't Read my Important Word File ,as it's showing me the text in the forms of little square boxes, tell me the solution.

Make sure the file you are opening has a .doc extension. Try opening it from your Explore file system:
Right click on "start" and select "explore."
Go to the file and click on it. It may have a menu come up which asks what program you want to open the file in. Select "Microsoft Word."
Sometimes files get corrupted. Look for another file with the same name that definitely has a .doc extension.

This sounds like you either saved the file in incorrect format, or, saved it as a Word document, and tried to open it with the wrong program.
Right-click on the file and select Properties.
What kind of file is it? Does it say it is a Word document?

Some times it may be because of the font. Select all text and try to change the font.
