You just gotta get back that best friend status. It's all about having fun and keeping it interesting. The best way to do that is to take a break from the sexual stuff and focus on just having fun. And DON'T see each other quite so much. Do you have enough in common to stay friends? That's what the relationship depends on. All that sex stuff will fade away eventually anyway. If you don't have that bond without it you won't make it.

The fights are normal. Do something funny at the end like stick your tongue at each other, it's a clever and funny resolution to the current fight.
Also don't stay mad at him for too long and tell him some time after a fight "You're so adorable I can't mad at you for too long" and then kiss him. He might be resilient but he'll come to terms that you still love him regardless of the amount and frequency of the fights. Eventually and shortly he will feel the same about you too.

If little things upset both of you guys, try and talk about it as it happens, instead of keeping it inside. If you talk about it right away, however, and you are too angry at the moment. Take a few minutes to calm down before you talk.
If you have tried both of those things, and nothing seems to be working, consider the relationship.
Are you fighting more than laughing? Are you unhappy more than happy? Do you think about ending it, and how often?
Sometimes we stay in self destructing relationships because we are afraid to be alone. But its better to be alone and happy, than dating and sad.

'Fighting over nothing' is a classic sign that a relationship is at it's end. Neither of you really care about these petty things you fight about...you are just annoyed with each other because the love and connection is no longer there....so you make up things to fight about....it is an instinctive behavior...I suggest you move on.

If it is meant to be it will work its self out. Tell him you are tired of fighting and remember there is a thin line between love and hate.

Take a break from each other. If you are teens, you need to date other people. If you are older and thinking about marriage, see a counselor.

Either agree with everything he says or agree to disagree. I think that when ya get mad it is time to take a 10 minute break from one another.
