i own a repair shop, and you need to look and see if the idler arm is about to fall off of it,this is what it sounds like that's happening to it,and check the wheels when you move the steering wheel you may have some real bad tie rod ends on it,basically you might need to take it and have it checked at a front end shop, they can find things you might over look on it,and it sound dangerous to drive at this point,so id have it checked as soon as i could, its your life your playing with when you drive it,don't gamble with that its worth more than any vehicle is,so have it checked,,most shops will check it for free, and tell you whats wrong with it,,good luck i hope this help,s,,and have a god thanksgiving.

It is what we call death wobble.... It is a common problem especially for a lifted jeep. First try getting your tires rebalanced and doing an alignment. Check that your suspension parts torqued to the proper setting and/or not worn out. A good web site is www.jeepforum.com there are a ton of threads there and we are really into jeeps.

yet you still drive it !
have the tie rod ends ( and the rest of the front end ) checked
not your wheel balance that doesn't cause 'play' in the wheel ( could be the idler arm which is why i said the rest of the front end - suspension )

Is it at a certain speed and higher, or all the time. If all the time, get it checked out. If it is at a certain speed, get your wheels balanced.
