I am like 5'10"-ish... And last I checked I was 131.8.... And I eat everything and a lot of it... I don't play any sports so I am getting litle to no physical activity each day... I am thinking of losing 6.8 pounds so I can be a nice 125 pound weight... But I am not sure what to do... So if you could help me that would be great... Diet/Lose weight and how or not... Thanks...

also not much physcal activity due to i can't play on the sports teams and even if i was allowed i still wouldn't be able to
For I live out of state and my school has a stupid rule that if you don't live in the state you can't play and other reason why i can't play is due to an operation removing all contact sports... including competive baseball, soccer, football, hockey, exc.

Just go up your stairs 10 times in a row everyday, and try to eat at least one meal completly healthy (probaly brekfast would be best)
Make sure you get enough calcium and Fiber in your diet (helps in maintain helthy weight) You you don't think your eating good foods then try to eat a little healither (like water vs. soda for at least one meal) but try to take a multi vitamin everyday- that helps
Don't eat too much meat either

It sounds like you are at a good weight, most guys have a high metabolism, meaning you can eat just about anything and not gain a pound. That will change after your 30's LOL Anyway just eat moderate portions and watch your soda and sugar intake. Try simple exersizes, just take a walk, jog, ride a bike, skateboard just something to get you up and out..... not in front of the tv playin video games... LOL Good Luck!

on an average a woman should weigh 100 lbs for the first 5 feet, then 5 lbs every inch over that...so at 5'10 you should be about 150. I say that you worry about excercising and eating healthy

Just know that you are great as you are and no one will stand in judgement of your physicall body now or ever. I myself am 5'9 and 125 pounds..on the skinny side. I would like to gain more weight to be healthy..so from my perspective, you are at a good weight for your height

Are you male or female. What is your age. And the biggest question, is why do you not do anything in the way of exercise. And 131.8 what? pounds? Kilos? Stone?

Actually since you are so tall you are already a little underweight for your height. You need to get some form of exercise daily or every other day...even if it is just walking. I see a lot of girls that are underweight, but still have a pooch in their stomach because they don't workout.

You're perfect!!!! I'd love to be 5 anythingish!!! Try being 5 nothing and 130#!!! As long as you're healthy and eating right there's not a darn thing wrong!!!!!

Try to build muscle. It's not all about your weight if you're physically fit.
