How about putting a tiny note on his desk (or whatever) that just says "Hi!". Or even better, find one of those little tiny Valentine's Day candy hearts that says something cute on it. You hand that to him, and then you don't have to say a word. Just blush and smile. Guy's find that adorable!

stand in a crowded area and scream at the top of your lungs for no reason.
that will either make you less shy or will make you want to go away and live alone in the woods somewhere

i had the same problem you just have to get used to being in front and on spotlight. its tough at first but u will hang in there and he will like u if you make yourself out to be spontanious.
