I hate to be the one to break the news to you but, I have no choice. I have felt exactly what you're talking about. There will come a breaking point where you decide whether you want to live in the present or die in the past. I'm sure you've had your share of sleepless nights and anxiety attacks. But you have the power if you take it back to pick up the pieces and move on. You may never be the same, but why would you want to be anyway? Hasn't this guy wasted enough of your life and taken enough of it away? I promise if you just get up and put your feet on the floor and walk out into your life it won't be long before all this just feels like a dream you had long ago. Get out, be seen, find better, move on.

It seems such as you're dealing with an exceptionally painful problem on the 2d. you will fall in love back yet in effortless terms while the time is suited. The time would be suitable once you may ultimately permit pass of the guy you presently love and settle for that your relationship is over. this would be a confusing difficulty to do and it may take time-how long, i don't comprehend as all human beings is diverse and a few human beings heal swifter than others. there is not any actual answer to healing your broken heart yet some stable tactics are to maintain busy by utilising going to artwork, seeing acquaintances, doing hobbies or taking on new hobbies. It takes time yet at some degree you will pass on and be waiting to love back. perfect needs Alex

girl, here's a piece of advice for you. just go out there smell the fresh air.. have fun with your frens and leave him alone. the best way to forget him is to spend time with other people. enjoy yourself. give yourself a chance to fall in love again. not all the guys are the same. go and get a job that you love. maybe that job will help you keep your mind of him =) go. go out and explore. there's still alot to do rather than staying at home and cry over him. it's not worth being sad over him . after all, he treated you badly.

I was in an abusive relationship too,and you have to keep your head up! You don't have any self esteem or self worth. For professional help buy a self help book at Borders or a local book store. I did this and it helped a lot!

Don't feel love him anymore. When you're feel that way, try think how he abuse you and think what's his disavantages. Those will let you think it's NOT worth for you to love such bastard anymore.
Try get up soon and be your old self.
Don't let such bad things in your mind again.
Go out and enjoy...... Go get some changes
Cut your hair to different kind of style and wear something new in new era.
try to be different and it'll help you.

you dont love him, you just want some one to love, and you need to move on, i was the same way, sort of, i lost all of my friends when i was addicted to cocaine, then i just had to start over, and it sucked cause no one was there to help me, and i was so used to people looking at me as i walked around in a winter coat and glazed eyes and didnt talk, and it sucked cause people treated me like ****, just ignore those peolple, dont waste any more of your life
