GUESS WHAT....I used to be like that. Until I got to high school & we had to make speaches in frount of the class, well thats was very scarey. But this was part of our assesment in some of our subjects. When that day came that we had to make the speaches I said I didnt want to do it but the teacher made me, when I was up there I was extreamly nervous & forgot what I was going to say. I know exactly how you feel. I suppose you just have to come out of your shell & be more confident.

Completely normal. Very few people are comfortable with it at first. The more often you do it, the easier it will become. Practice in front of a mirror and/or your friends and family. You may eventually even learn to enjoy it. Practice, practice, practice. Use your imagination while you practice. Pretend to be someone famous, maybe an actor that you admire. Do this while practicing and even while speaking in front of a class. It will greatly reduce the anxiety.

Hmm i used to be just like you Mohommad...
U need to find what it is that scares u so much about talking to groups of people!!?
If ur still unsure u might just be a shy person!!
I used to read alot but now i make an effort to meet new people and say hi to someone if they smile at me...
Its the lil things that count..if they dont respond nicely then they werent worth knowing in the first place!!
Good luck and chin up!
=D

Just push aside the fear. Dont think so much before saying some thing. If you want to override the fear than you have to act before the fear grips you

This is normal. When I had to get up and give an oral report in class. I would focus on something in the back of the room and occasionally I would make eye contact with one or two people.

first share those private things with ur face and u'll observe that in a few weeks u'll be open to every body

It's called selective mutism and it is a part of social anxiety disorder. You might want to speak to your doctor about this problem.
