i suffer from back pain some times please suggest with some excersice.

Pls try & stop using bikes for such a long run distance. Further, you need to give support to your back by using belts.

consult yr physician immediately.

Get one of those large red or blue balls you can sit on for an hour a day. You can sit on it when you're on the computer, or watching TV. It helps me a bit when my back gets tired from practicing piano.

Simple yoga back stretches. Don't have to take pain meds any more. Whish I had known about it years ago.

Any kind of stretching exercises. Do them before you bike as well as after.

u can use any back rest belt while drivin bikes such tjings are easily available in the market
