This is the same lady that touched my rear with a spoon and asked me to speak "dirty Italian" to her even though I don't even know Italian! Will the pillows under my shirt perhaps repel her from me?

I was simply assuming that she would find a man who dresses by stuffing pillows under his clothing too repulsive to spend time pursuing romantically...

Again a perplexing problem. However as you and I know this woman is a determined person!
Seeing you with these pillows could have the effect of bringing the mothering instinct out in her and making her become even more drawn to you as she seeks to bury her head in the soft mass on your body.
She might even be able to spot the pillows and think 'Ah he has thought ahead and wants to go outside with me and has brought something soft to lie on!'
The third possibility could be she might think you have put on weight since you last met and this is due to comfort eating because you have been so depressed over not being able to be close to her and she might seek to remedy this situation.
I guess the point remains determined women can be hard to outmaneuver, even with pillows stuffed under your shirt! I guess it's back to the thinking board!

Only if you soak the pillows in Worcester sauce beforehand.
Otherwise the lady will just think that you have 'beefed up' to impress her.
