This first guy you need to ask if hes a friend. If your not sure about this then you shouldn't put him through anything and keep him as a friend. Don't rush anything OK. As for this other guy don't mess with others who are taken it just causes more drama that you can avoid in your life. I know how it it to be lonely and you shouldn't push anything. When it happens it will happen you still have college. :-)

This second guy is always going to have his interest divided, forget him.

The guy who you sort of like, and are seeing - try to be nice to him, he will pick up on those things that guys should do.

You are young, so let's be honest, you two are not going to be together forever, but stay with him as long as things are going well, don't throw him out if there is more good than bad.

If you can't make up your mind about the guy your going out with then don't go out with him. If you like him maybe tell him what he's lacking in your relationship.

leave him alone now... he isn't really what you want.
If you start a relationship together and your still feeling this way inside then you may end up hurting his feelings later on.

Theres so many semantics involved in your question...I get confused trying to read it...you need to simplify...weigh your options and make the right choice for you...
