I bought some mushrooms last night and ate them on top of pizza but have lots left over. How long can I keep these mushrooms in my fridge before they spoil?

One thing to keep in mind, if you plan to store mushrooms for several days, do not leave them in a plastic bag. Mushrooms keep best refrigerated either in a paper bag, or an open container lined with paper towels.

they don't keep to long in the fridge
if you have to many you can slice them all.
then divide them into serving size place in zip lock bags and freeze.
then whenever you need some for cooking you have them.
just be sure to cook from the frozen state or they will get soggy

the don't last long, best to store them in a brown paper bag.
Or use them up in a omelet.
