in one wall there are old porch posts because a porch used to be there. The house is 148 years old. Maybe some ghosts in there, too. The folks are buried across the street in the church cemetary. No kidding.

wiring - plumbing ( some )- 2"x4"s on 16" or 24" centers - insulation on outer walls ( thats it )
thats if you don't live in a log cabin or some other oddity ( lol )
