Ok so theres this guy at work who you can tell is really horny, always saying sextual stuff to me, hes in his 30's im 19, i wanna initiate a hook up with him because...well...i'm also horny, lol. If you just want to have a one night stand type of thing with him, you will come off as a tramp regardless of how you approach it.
I don't think you should do it because things will be really weird and awkward at work.

Tell him nothing. You slip him a note to call you and tell him not to tell anyone if his does the to bad. When he calls tell him you have a guy friend and he is nice but not to good in the bed and ask him if he would like to do it and if your are up to it. This is a very direct way. You could also ask him out for a dinner date and you just talk for a while and tell him that you just want sex and that is good enough. Or you can do one that I have done and worked very well for me. I was telling this Girl at work and in a joking way I said you know what I just wish I could meet someone and look at her and forget the date because it is a waste of time because you know what I want and I know what you want lets just go and do it and she laughed and a few days later she came up to me and said follow me home please. it happen for a long time.
