and she keeps rubbing against my head. i kind of like it. is this wrong?

Yeah it is wrong if you touch the cat in appropriately :-)) I MEANT THAT AS A JOKE.
But seriously, many low cost spay/neuter programs are available nationwide. We have ENOUGH cats and dogs in pounds being euthanized on a daily basis. You would not like to be aroused and not get relief, while it is NOT "painful" it is annoying to listen to for you and your neighbors and uncomfortable for your cat to suffer thru.

This is typical, they will roll on the floor, make different sounds than before. It's kind of comical in a certain way. Don't let her outside or you could have a pregnant cat quickly.
