Basically, I know that you first instint would be to intervene, but do realize that you may make things worse for her. However, you could also, intervene, the two of you get together, and live happily ever after.
Confusing isn't it? The truth is, if she does not want to be in that type of relationship, she wouldn't be in it.
It is hardly ever the fact that a poor, helpless young lady being abused because she can't help it. Far too often, women are being educated well enough to know their options.
So, even if I haven't convienced you or given you a good reason, stay away from HER and out of their business/affair. Someone can really get hurt that way.
You should have higher standards for yourself. I can not choose your friends, but there has to be a better women in this world for you - you could be forever waiting on her to get enough since to get out of an abusive relationship.
Hope this answers your question!

Try talking with her, be discreet though, it'd be terrible if he beats her over something you say or do, so be very very careful, most girls in this type of relationship take a long time to realize things are not going to work out and sometimes its too late, Id suggest before you even try pursuing a relationship offer to help her with the one she is in, there are clinics around to help people get out of abusive relationships and I think if you show such a good concern for her she will realize you are genuine and care about her and that just may work to your advantage, plus even if she doesn't feel that way for you, you'd be helping someone you care for a lot maintain a better life and be happier.

You have it all wrong. Love is not pain. Love is the opposite of pain. If you think love is a essential pain, then you have not experienced love. Don't let the unfortunate experience you have described define love for you. Love is not a crush. You have a crush on this woman. She has issues if she is willing to remain in an abusive relationship. Your better of finding someone else to occupy your attention.

Her self esteem is in the crapper. She may "love" him and feel inadequate before him so for pennence she "allows" him to abuse her.
She is trapped. If there is a group who can rally around her, rebuild her self esteem and allow her to pull herself out of this, great! You as an individual, especially if you are a male, may not be able to do much.
There are outreach programs in many communities for domestic abuse. Perhaps you could call one and talk to their counselors to come up with ideas. They are trained in this, I'm not. Thank you for caring about her. You may be just what she needs to get out of this Hell.

report the abuse to the cops...anonymously. she may not want to let go of her current bf, but in time, if she has a nice guy friend like you around supporting her, you may be able to sway her opinion! just don't tell her now while she is involved, it might offend her. give her time to get over mister loser before you make a move, but become close friends with her. and many women in abusive relationships are afraid to leave, so if you report her bf, you may become her knight in shining armour!! or she might have low self-esteem, whihc could be made worse by the jerk she's with now, whihc may make her think she doesn't deserve better!!
good luck to you!!! hope you get her, she'll be lucky!

First of all if you care anything about her you would tell someone of the abuse.Love does not hurt!!!!!!!!No one should lay hands on her. I would talk to her and tell her how you feel and be there for her . I have been in a relationship that I was abused and I had a friend that was there for me when I needed him and we have been married for almost 10 years b/c he showed me what good safe and pure love really was. It didn't hurt!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK I didn't say it will be easy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you know for a fact that her BF beats her than you should talk to her about and see how she feels about her BF
DO NOT and i repat DO NOT talk with her if her BF is even as close as a mile away
make sure you two are alone and i mean serioulsy ALONE!
if he is near she will be scared out of her own as*
and she will say things that are prolly lies so that she won't get beat up again
if you ever see him beating on her go over to him and give him his one way ticket to the emergancy room of hel*
he hasn't a singel good reason to beat on her or anyone else for that factor
tell her how you feel when you are completely and totally ALONE!
tell her that even if she doesn't have the same feelings for you that you will be there for her NO matter what and if she ever needs anyone to pay for her BF's ticket that your her guy
she may start to develop feelings for you herself

He can not love her if he beats her. If he see's her pain he should want to stop if it were true love. If I were you i'd let her know how I feel about her. However, she may not leave him. Some woman like that type of physical love.
