That's just crazy! Hers something to chew on, I know a illegal family over here and they're jobs don't pay much at all, they get some help from the government but drive a Lexus SUV. Now whats wrong with this!

They should have no rights here at all. They are able to sue hospitals if they are refused service, even tho they don't pay the hospital for their services. Over 21 hospitals in Southern California have had to close because illegals use the emergency rooms as clinics and never pay the bill! They should have no food stamps, no welfare, no health care, and no jobs. Deny them the reasons for coming here and they'll stop coming.

If a person has truly been hurt, it doesn't matter what his nationality or his status is. The person who did significant damage should be punished. If the damage is insignificant (like a hot cup of coffee spilled that caused a burn) no one should spend the tax payers' money by using the courts' time in a meaningless way, not an illegal alien, and not an American by birth or naturalization.
What is wrong is wrong for everyone.

Hell no, never, they shouldn't have any rights at all, if illegal. Their now thinking they conquered a new land where the unconcerned politicians give them food, health care, no taxes, I say when they go to sue, again if illegal, ship them out-PS we Americans speak ENGLISH so why press #1 bull Also those saying yes if overseas and harmed, geesh what did you sneak in that country too, no you either flew in or went by boat hope so

I think they should because if all the countries in the world act the same way regarding American citizens that go there you would all get pissed off and start complaining because you want to be able to sue, but you won't let other sue in your country.

NO, they should not . They are not legal citizens. Also they are not undocumented workers or whatever they want to call them should not be allowed to sue any american who was born in the united states. They can sue there own but not us.
