I always thought that he must be a Maine Coon, but I have seen some pictures of a Siberian cat and now I am questioning.

I do not know what the parents were like, but he is a large cat with the barrel shaped body and has fur in ears and between the toes. Sorry for the small pics, If anyone has an idea how to bloe them up, let me know. Thanks for the responses!

If you don't know what his parents were, then he's probably your average Domestic Long Hair.
In response to the answer posted after mine. Yes, he is a yellow tabby, which is a color pattern, not a breed.

a taqbby is a marking not a breed!! It is the most common marking of a Maine coon by the way. Ok I can't open the pictures but from your description I'm guessing it's about a half Maine Coon. Congradulations. We have 3 half Maine coons in my family. All beloved and sweet.
One warning be careful if it's a boy they're prone to a dealy type of uranary tract infection that Christalyses pee in the urethra. It killed my Willow. So if your little friend starts refusing food or acts like he's having trouble in the litterbox take him to the vet & have him checked specifically for that
We took Willow to the vet & apperently he was not a very good one. he didn't find it Gave willow a clean bill of health 3 days before he died. He died Christmas morning.

Wow! That's such a cute kitty. Your cat is a Tabby. I know because I have two cats just like yours. They're even the same color.
