ever since yesterday she has been acting wierd like slugish and not moving around. she has been eating and drinking but not being her playful self. any ideas on what could be wrong

she is an indoor cat but sometimes goes outside but under supervision since shes def she is eating and drinking fine but just isnt her perky self

She might have a virus, bacteria or protozoan(worms) Take her to the vet..

How old is she? My 14 year old cat was acting like that a few days ago. He slept practically 20 hours a day. But after a few days of rest he perked back up to his usual self. So maybe wait another day or so before taking her to the vet. (As long as she is eating and drinking and making it to the litter box just fine.) You might save some money on an un-needed vet bill.

not enough information. Was she recently at the vet clinic, exposed to a new pet such as a hyper puppy, child who is bothering her, something traumatic. If she's an outdoor cat she could have ingested accidentally something toxic/poisonous.
