i heard that milk with growth hormones are bad. how's it bad?

The hormones that they put in the milk is to increase the output of the cow. When you're ingesting the milk, it's like you're taking the hormone yourself. Like any hormone, it can have unpredictable effects on your body. My brother used to drink about 4 gallons of milk a week, and it tended to increase his mucus production, and he also started to sport some very healthy "man boobs".
