Why do Athiests find it necessary to insult Christians?

Look, if you believe theres no God, then believe it, but shut the F*ck up about it! ive seen a few questions already, for example

"GOD IS FAKE! GOD IS FAKE! WHY DONT YOU GET IT ALREADY?"

if you think hes fake then think hes fake! quit bein a dumb asshole and quit tryin recruit athiests, if we choose to "Waste" our life to a "fake" God. let us, what do you care? you only insult us by yellin that.

We push it on athiests because when we see them being very offensive to God, in our hearts we pray for thier souls that God will show them the light, it just hurts us and we want to try to help them because how lost they are. basicly, its kinda like this

then some anti-oj drinker comes and says

actually, good point, athiests seem focused on Christianity, since when did you see an athiest yellin at muslims sayin "allah does not exist! he is a lie!" or hindus sayin "your all idiots for believing in your gods!"

apparently.. they focus all of thier attention to christians, and doesnt it say that in the bible about how they say God doesnt exist? not about other religions in there? basicly, by saying God doesnt exist, athiests almost prove us right!

Wow, you really taught me a lesson here! Every time I say God is fake it gets removed, I lose points and get threatened with suspension. I will try your method if I see your question stay up.

Maybe you are drinking the worst possible brand of it, Maybe the brand you are swallowing makes you reject truer knowledge and makes you think vengeful thoughts like a 1'st century paranoid. If your friend let you drink poison would he be your friend. Would it not be better if he at least tried to save you. Even if he had to physically prevent you from getting another glass of poisonous addictive mind altering OJ? Please go to the mountains for a week with no bible or bible friends, The withdrawal from the addiction of religion might be hard to handle but when your sanity starts to return you will wonder how you ever did without it.

As a self described atheist, I can tell you that anybody who feels the need to push the "there is no god" line on others has some issues. But keep in mind that atheists go through the same thing.

"You are going to go to hell because you do no believe in god" gets old after a while too.

But after saying that, a lot of atheists have a small place inside of them that thinks "what if there is a god, then I might really be going to hell" and that is scary enough to make an atheist overcompensate for their fears by denying the existence of god even more.

I agree! why do atheists care that other people believe in God anyway. SO WHAT???? everyone has the right to believe what they want. go on and think "God is not real" & go on with your life, stop telling people who choose to believe that you know something as a fact....but youre not even really sure. You are to christians, what christians are to you. How can you say that God is not real & that's FACT, do you know everything?
You believe in God's non-existence. Religious people believe in God or gods, why not just accept that. We are all human beings, and Christians DO have brains, your being idiotic if you think you are superior just because you dont have faith.

Yes, we think it is fake, but Christians are no better. You tell us we are wrong and immoral, when you do not know us at all. You are so quick to judge. We cannot express our thoughts without Christians trying to supress our opinions. And we are not jsut trying to recruit athiests. And Christians, the second they find out we're Athiests say, "YOU NEED TO GO TO CHURCH" or "I'LL PRAY FOR YOU!"
