He used to suck his thumb so his teeth aren't as straight as they should be. I have a pretty good job so I want to get them while I can afford it.

You can take him right now - make sure you go to a good orthodontist get referrals from friends or coworkers. The dentist will tell you the best time - my daughter got hers on at 11 and a half and gets them off in Feb - right under two years.

The ortho will tell you the best time. I took my son in too and he said my son didn't need them.

Have him wear braces when he completes 11 years. That time is the best time. I consulted a dentist while i was 8 yrs he asked me to come after 11yrs I went accordingly and my teeh is fine now.

It's probably time. Take him to the dentist and they'll recommend an orthodontist.
