if a girl threatens to take you to court on charges of sexual harrasment after your wrote her a letter full of curses to break up or if a girl tells you she is pregnant after you just broke up?

Be prepared and talk to a lawyer about this.
When a female claims sexual harasment it can be very much a problem. The courts will definately lean heavily on her side and you will have a very difficult time proving it was not so.
No it is not fair but that is how things go.
If you were to claim sexual harasment you would most likely be laughed at.
Be very carefull what you put on paper or on the computer.
I sure would not want to be in that spot.

umm i wouldn't kno bc i am a girl. But if i was a boy i would say both, but then again maybe the second one.
The first one sounds stupid, why don't she just get over it, n not talk 2 u anymore, like she use 2. But then again it plains on what u did.

um the girl getting pregnant because the girl who threatens the sexual harrassment you can forget and move on...it's pretty hard to forget you now have a child

the sexual harrassment charge since it's just name calling it's not that big. I rather have that then be stuck with child support!

Both......Hopefully you are both of age. sexual harassment she has to prove.
If of age.......how could it be..she said yes......
She tells you she is pregnant....go to a doctor with her, and make sure she is not lying.
This girl is just trying to harass you. Get rid of her...she is trouble.
