cayenne pepper. I also add some hot taco seasoning and plenty of chili powder. If it's not hot enough, add a dash of tabasco to your bowl before you eat it.

peppers - you can add jalapeno, habanero, or any other to suit your taste. Just remember, when using hot peppers, a little goes a long way! You can also buy pepper flakes, or powder, to make it easier. If you use fresh, wash your hands when you're done cutting them up before you touch your face!
