My all time favorite is Captain Crunch with the Crunch Berries. They still taste like they did when I was a kid and they are sooooooooo good.
I also like Golden Grahams as a grown up second choice.

Well first of all if that is your favorite isn't it Captain Crunch Berry. Mine is Golden Grahams and then Fruity Pebbles and it doesn't matter how old you are because I am 35 too.

Muesli - I add sultanas & yoghurt - or Special K - malt flakes; crunchy & not too sweet.
My favourite actual breakfast is by Danone, Actimel, various flavours, but they are all a bit too sweet, like they want to appeal to kids. Most mornings I eat a green pepper or a Granny Smith apple. If I'm hungry & due to go out to eat in an hour or two, I'd eat a cereal then. My sister in NY eats a bowl of cereal 3 hours before she goes to bed. She's way too thin! Hope this helps you : )

I absolutely love Frosted Flakes with chocolate milk instead of plain milk, they're so delicious. And if you put in a spoonful of sugar and some sliced strawberries it's total heaven. Why...because I've been eating them this way since I was 8yrs old.

Honeycomb with extra sugar. I like the way the milk the milk tastes after the cereal is gone.

It's Corn Pops(formerly known as Sugar Pops!) for me.
I eat them right out of the box as a sweet snack!
