what do you dress an infant in for a methodist baptism?

His or her best outfit. Check with the grandparents if there is a traditional baptismal gown somewhere hidden in a drawer. Otherwise, some babies will be dressed in white, but that's not necessary.

They probably sprinkle, so any outfit is fine. But I would really like to see a baby in a banana costume, if that is at all possible.
