Depends on what type of bath it is.. If its a bubble tub. I'm all for it because it helps with muscles and helps them lesson the stiffness and I have a bad back.
I shower right after I do the bath. I just have to cause in the back of my head. I'm saying eww.. filfly water gonna take a shower and wash it away.

I prefer showers. I think in the last 10 years I have taken maybe 3 baths. I sometimes get in the bath to relax with some bubbles but not to often cause it can cause infections down there. ((not fun at all))

Definitely a shower!
A bath can be relaxintg and all, but, like every1 else said, u have definitely got to take a shower afterwards otherwise, u'd be wallowing in ur own dirt. The unclean feeling, definitely not relaxing!!
The best way to get that relaxing feeling, use warm water in your shower for 2-5mins, then, switch to cold (not too cold) and then back to warm water..u can linger for as long as u like. It really relaxes the muscles & feels great!

Showers because baths hold bacteria and that's bad.

First wash your feet then shower real fast next have a long soak in a warm bubly bath that's the way to do it if you shower every other day. But if you're like me I like to wash my feet, then drain the water then wash my hair and body .. then I'm done. I dont like to mix funky feet germs with my hair see..??

showers absolutely. in baths u sit in a pool of bacteria that has come off ur body and wind up back on ur body when u get out. so u may loosen up dirt but u do not rid ur self of germs. also towel drying spreads germs the best way to dry is air dry but who will do that. also use liquid soap instead of bar soap. bar soap develops bacteria when it sets in soap dish all wet so when u get in shower to take shower u rub bacteria on body along with suds think about it

showers, because bath water keeps the dirt in the tub and ur body lays in it. shower washes away while the bath keeps it on ya...yuck!
