Russia had sound weapons on satellites. Like a dog whistle, we can't hear.
But it is just enough to irritate people!
Did they, and do they still have something like that operating? Have we
something that jams them by now? IF, they exist?

If this is really a serious question, then here is an answer.
A weapon that relies on sound is impossible in the vacuum of space. You need a way to transmit sound; it can be any solid, liquid, or gas (steel, water, air, etc.), but vacuum is exactly that: NOTHING.

I know our military has sound weapons that can blow the enemies
ear drums out. Making them unable to operate any equipment.
