The best advice I can give you is learn to love yourself. I'm not sure what you mean by sensitive, but I know that I used to get my feelings hurt very easily, but the more I became comfortable with myself, who I was and the decisions I made, the more I was able disassociate my feelings of self worth from the actions of others. Also it was easier for me to empathize with others and realize that most of the time they were just caught up in their own problems and really not trying to attack me. It helps if you have a good relationship with God, but even if you don't believe in God, you need to believe in yourself and believe that you are worthwhile, and if by chance you are not, then do something about it and become so.

Maturity. I used to have a horribly short fuse, chip on my shoulder, the whole nine. Now when someone points something out, I just laugh it off and feel like I'm lucky to have friends who know me so well. I warn you though, I didn't improve til my late 30's.
Part of it was a realization that I was only getting upset because I didn't like certain things about myself and always felt surprised if someone else noticed these things, like there's some magical way to hide your flaws. When you realize you have nothing to hide, you stop hiding and then you can never feel outed.

u cant its who u are, being sensitive isnt a bad thing. Being sensitive to someones feelings, needs, etc. is a good thing, but dont let ur self be takin 4 granite,or used. Helping, listening, etc, are all good qualities...Be proud of who u r.
