Yes it does, but keep in mind you are burning calories even while you sleep. Your body burns calories by keeping your body functioning...such as your heart beating, and your lungs taking in air, etc. So even though you need to burn off 1500 calories, you do not have to burn 1500 calories during a workout.

the 1500 is to maintain your present weight
all of the extra calories go toward weight loss
u r right it is confusing let me try again
if you eat 1500 calories now and maintain your present weight ( not losing or gaining ) then you can eat 500 less or burn 500 more and you will lose the same amount of weight ( the charts add metabolic and average activity - so don't expect them to be all that accurate for any one individual they are only an average )
yes ( your ? ) it does include metabolic but you burn a base amount just to maintain your present weight and that is what the charts show

Yep, that's right. That's why it's so tempting to starve and just not get any calories. But that doesn't work either, unless you want fish skin, no hair, and death. If you Google, you'll find charts that give the different activities and how many calories you burn doing each one. But 500 extra is quite a lot. Do you have a good source on that?

Yes, but you'd be surprised at how many calories you burn just being alive! But you should still exercise! There are a bunch of websites that can tell you how many calories you are burning daily just doing your daily routine! Don't get discouraged!

yup. but everything you do throughout the day burns calories, so you'd only need to burn 200-300 through exercise. you could also try to cut down your calories to 1200-1500 a day. good luck.

nicely, in case you prefer to maintain your weight, you will possibly desire to upload 500 energy which you burn off on the wellbeing midsection to regardless of your calorie intake is without going to the wellbeing midsection! Like in case you consume 1500 energy an afternoon without going to the wellbeing midsection then you definately can consume 2000 energy mutually as going to the wellbeing midsection, to maintain that's!
